As aTraining Specialist/Developer, the applicant will be responsible for the design and development of Implementation and Training materials to support a variety of technology projects. The candidate will also lead Training delivery, both classroom and web based training activities. The candidate will support the creation of documents and presentations that will be used to convey important concepts and decision points to our clients using both written and visual data. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem solving skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and most importantly, attention to detail.
To qualify for this position the candidate must at a minimum possess the following:
&#xxxx; Undergraduate degree
&#xxxx; Familiar with Adult Learning Principles, ADDIE model, System Development Life cycle (SDLC)
&#xxxx; Familiar with Authoring Tools
&#xxxx; Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed
&#xxxx; Effective interpersonal and communication skills
&#xxxx; Demonstrated training experience
&#xxxx; Demonstrated team-building abilities
&#xxxx; Creativity, self-confidence, and flexibility
&#xxxx; Experience using MS Office Products including Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
In addition the superior candidate would possess some or all of the following:
&#xxxx; An understanding of the concepts used to design and develop Implementation and Training materials
&#xxxx; An understanding of the working of Public Sector (state and local government)
&#xxxx; RoboHelp Experience
&#xxxx; An understanding of Healthcare concepts
