Option #1 - Rent-Til-Own (RTO): 2nd Chance Program
This is a true 2nd chance program! It does not require good credit. EVEN IF YOU HAVE REALLY BAD CREDIT, BANKRUPTCY, FORECLOSURE, REPOS OR OTHER ISSUES, WE CAN HELP! Option #2 - Rent-Til-Own (RTO*):
For those with good credit, Option #2 is RTO* short term for those who apply for mortgage financing to buy the house at the same time they enter into the lease. This program requires credit scores over 600. If you qualify for this program, you can receive a discount off the RTO rate of $200/month! There?s an application fee of $20 per adult in the household. This program may or may not require a down payment depending on the house and the financing program available in your circumstances. The down payments and short term rent payment for financeable buyers are as shown on the property listings ("RTO* Payment"). Under this program, you rent until your financing is closed!
