Hiring Director Property Management (Multifamily Affordable Housing)
Atlanta Based affordable housing apartment LIHTC Senior Housing developer has a stellar opportunity in Harrisburg PA for an experienced Director of Property Management of Multi:site Multifamily affordable housing.
Duties:
Responsibilities include the management of xxxx affordable housing unit homes and of the Regional Property Managers in PA MD area.
Will oversee all phases of affordable housing multifamily apartment rental portfolio, including compliance,
Lease:Ups cash flow analysis, budget oversight, advertising and marketing, hiring and staff development.
Create annual operating budgets, capital projects, financial reports, forecasts, market analysis, advertising and maintenance operations for new and existing apartment multifamily properties.
Required Qualifications and Education:
:5 to 15 years Affordable Housing Multifamily Multi: Site Property Management Experience
:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
::Affordable housing funding program experience.
:::Knowledge of and experience in affordable housing regulations required. Specialist in Housing Credit Management or similar accreditation preferred. Or is able to obtain accreditation, ability to obtain within six months
:::::Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation preferred.

Compensation: 80,000 to 110,000 + Bonuses + Healthcare +++
