A broad range of commercial, industrial, and government clients depend on us for customized and complete solutions to their toughest business challenges.We are preparing for the xxxx construction inspection season and are seeking experienced transportation inspectors for projects in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, West Virginia, and New York. The positions are for the inspection of major roadway and bridge projects; testing of soils, concrete, and bituminous paving: Calculation of quantities for estimate payments Review of construction schedules, and follow DOT documentation procedures Oversee, inspect, monitor contractual field work, schedules work and inspection phases Recommends changes to construction plans to meet field conditions and provide project cost saving Maintain project records, prepare work orders, and monthly estimatesRequired SkillsMinimum qualifications include a high school diploma. Five or more years experience in DOT construction inspection of highway or bridges is preferred.At a minimum, candidate should have at least one of the following: NICET transportation; Highway Construction Level I or higher; ACI Concrete Field Testing Certification; or NECEPT Bituminous Pavement Field Technician certification or equivalent certifications for other states.Current DelDOT certified or Mid Atlantic Regional Technician Certification Program (MARTCP).We offer competitive wages along with a benefits package that includes healthcare and 401(k).Opportunities are available in our Pennsylvania, West Virginia, New York, North Carolina, and Maryland offices.
