Job Description
CROSSGATES, INC. is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Development Manager to be involved in the management and administration of all phases of development, construction and property management for projects in the Central Pennsylvania region.
Responsibilities include:
Working with the management team, direct the development process for the Central PA office. Manage and track all facets of the development cycle. Supervise and manage external team relationships to ensure that all tasks are properly documented and completed in a timely manner within budget.
Assist the Commercial Real Estate Manager in the facilities management of owned and third party properties, including tenant relations, property management activity and procedures, budgets, vendor and emergency management, and capital project administration.
The successful candidate will possess:
Bachelor's degree: Planning, real estate, business, architecture, engineering, construction management or related course study.
A minimum of five (5) years or more of demonstrated development experience.
A positive, hands-on attitude and entrepreneurial drive.
Good business acumen, excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects.
Ability to create and maintain strong client relationships.
Ability to source new opportunities within Central PA.
Strong working knowledge of finance as it relates to project development.
Ability to work well as a team member and collaborate effectively.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Exceptional follow through skills
Current PA Real Estate license.
