Job Description:
Practice law at one of the Best Places to Work in PA McNees Wallace and Nurick LLC, a Central PA based law firm with over 130 attorneys, is recruiting an associate level attorney for our Intellectual Property Group.
Qualified candidates ideally will have 2:5 years of trademark/copyright/advertising law experience, including trademark prosecution, copyright protection, advertising compliance and intellectual property litigation. Experience with preparing and negotiating intellectual property license, technology, franchise, and entertainment agreements would be a plus.
