Supervising a maintenance crew;
Scheduling work orders, PMs, and overtime;
Managing repair parts inventory;
Assisting with installations of new equipment;
Troubleshooting equipment problems;
Ensuring safety, GMP, HACCP, and SQF Level 3 certification;

EDUCATION: 2-year degree or certificate preferred; Mechanics or Electronics preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
2+ years of mechanical and electrical maintenance;
Food manufacturing industry experience;
Supervisory experience;
Knowledge of basic mechanics, electrical, preventative maintenance, PLCs, welding, boilers, refrigeration, etc.;
Experience recognizing problem situations and initiating appropriate resolution steps;
Familiar with or ability to learn computerized maintenance management system;
Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
